Provide support to PC in all aspect of program planning and implementation.Support the PRCS in program planning via contributing to developing project documents (Plans, Log frames and Budgets).Assist PC in close collaboration with PRCS and relevant partners in implementation of activities to achieve results of programs.Ensures that timely monitoring of programs and analysis of data is carried out and that program teams have the skills and resources to deliver this work.Assist the IFRC country delegation and PRCS teams in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of the programs.Develop and maintain the program risk management systems.Ensures that the baseline, mid term and endline studies are carried out to the specification of the programs documents and to the highest possible standards.Ensures that programs are delivered in line with the signed off program document and associated budgets, log frames and so on.Ensures that program implementation is in accordance with IFRC, PRCS and donors policies and guidelines.Undertakes frequent support and monitoring visits to the program sites.Participates in field assessments for the development of new programs.Develop periodical case studies to reflect on best practices/lessons learnt from the beneficiaries and collect/catalogue relevant photographs with captions from field for use with reports.Assists PC in quality implementation of programs, while contributing to contingency planning for possible emergency response if required.Assist PC to ensure the implementation and enhancement of programme monitoring and reporting requirements. Assist PC in collaboration with relevant sectoral managers, develops new proposals and prepares high quality donor reports for the projects.
Support in preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
· Provide Technical Assistance to Admin and Finance in conducting and reporting project activities.
· Provide support in project implementation by addressing challenges in the project performance to ensure that targets and outcomes are achieved in line with resources available.
· Provide administrative and financial support for the efficient implementation WEPP-KP project activities including trainings, workshops, seminars, exposure visits and community forums.
· Facilitate admin and finance in event management, support in processing cash and bills from the banks, coordination with vendors, and partners for receipts.
· Support in drafting letters for Government departments, printing of event tools, and documents for the project activities and procurement of equipment.
· Support in coordinating the project events and ensuring the availability of tools, documents and equipment.
· Support in social media campaign, and producing and designing Digital posters, special radio programs and radio ads as part of Covid-19 response activities for elimination of violence against women and awareness raising.
· Any other task assigned by the management in support of the project activities.
